In honor of Mrs. McDowell
Mrs. John McClintock entertained yesterday with a pretty luncheon bridge party at "Longridge" her beautiful country home in honor of Mrs. Henry McDowell of Lynchburg, Virginia the guest of Mrs. H. C. McDowell.  The hours were thoroughly informal and there were three tables for the interesting game.  The home was prettily decorated with plants and lovely blossoms and after the game a delicious course luncheon was served.  There was a lovely prize for each table; an automobile veil, a Japanese table cover and a brass jar which were won by Mrs. McDowell, Mrs. John Flood and Mrs. James Todd.

The party was a beautiful compliment to Mrs. McDowell and a lovely event of the week.

The guests were;  Mrs. McDowell, Mrs. Samuel J. Roberts, Mrs. Charles Berryman, Mrs. Hamilton Scott, Mrs. Edward l. Hutchinson, Miss Nannie Richardson of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Daingerfield, Miss Mary Payne, Miss Brown and Miss Goodloe
